Punjabi Sweet Lassi

Ingredients:

2 cup chilled yogurt
2 tablespoons of sugar
½ cup chilled milk
¼ teaspoon of green cardamom powder
½ teaspoon of rose water
¼ cup of cold water
Ice cubes as needed

Instructions:

1) In the blender, add 2 cups of chilled yogurt, 2 tablespoon of sugar, ½ cup of chilled milk, ¼ teaspoon of green cardamom powder, ½ teaspoon of rose water, ¼ cup cold water and a few ice cubes and blend for about 1 minute.

2) Pour into a serving glass and garnish with cardamom powder before serving.
