Pista Badam Kulfi

Ingredients:

4 slices white bread (torn into small pieces)
2 cans evaporated milk (12 ounces cans)
2 cans condensed milk (14 ounces cans)
1 carton heavy whipping cream
1 sugar free cool whip (8 ounces)
2 teaspoons cardamom powder
10 drops kewda essence
2 tablespoons ground almonds
2 tablespoons ground pistachios

Instructions:

1) In a large bowl, add bread, evaporated milk, condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, cool whip, cardamom powder and kewda essence.

2) Mix together all of the ingredients and add ground almonds and ground pistachios.

3) Add this mixture into the freezer safe dish with plastic wrap and freeze for 8 hours.

4) Take out the kulfi for 10 minutes before serving, garnish it with remaining nuts and slice it in squares.
