Coconut Ladoos

Ingredients:

2 tsp ghee
1 and ½ cups of desiccated coconut
1 tsp of cardamom powder
1(14 ounces) can of condensed milk
½ cup of chopped pistachios
4 tsp of desiccated coconut for garnishing
Cupcake liners (optional)

Instructions:

1) In a wide pan on low heat, add ghee, desiccated coconut and stir well.

2) Add cardamom powder, condensed milk, and stir well.

3) Add chopped pistachios and keep stirring until the mixture begins to come together.

4) Add the mixture into a bowl and let it cool.

5) Grease your hands with oil and take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite size ladoos.

6) Roll the ladoos in coconut and place them into cupcake liners.

7) Refrigerate in an airtight container until it’s ready to be served.
