1) In a heated pan on medium flame, add butter and ricotta cheese mix well, and stir until both of the ingredients have melted.
2) Once melted, add cardamom powder and sugar and mix well.
3) Add the dry milk powder and mix well. Cook slowly on medium flame until all of the liquid has dried.
4) Add half of the almonds and pistachios and stir.
5) Once all of the liquid has dried, place the mixture in a greased pan.
6) Take a spatula and spread the mixture evenly throughout the pan.
7) Add the remaining almonds and pistachios and press down.
8) Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
9) Cut in square shaped pieces and serve!
