Crispy Aloo Pakora Sliders Recipe – How To Make Vegetarian Sliders

 Besan - 1 cup
 Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
 Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
 Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
 Garam Masala - 1 tsp
 Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
 Rice Flour - 3 Tbsp.
 Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
 Mint - 1 Tbsp (chopped)
 Green Chilies - 2-3 qty. (chopped)
 Cilantro - 2 Tbsp. (chopped)
 Water - 1/2 cup
 Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
 Potatoes - 2-3 medium size (sliced)
 Onion - 1 medium size (sliced)
 Slider Buns - 8 qty.
 Butter - to spread on slider bun
 Swad Sweet & Spicy Chutney
 Swad Cilantro Chutney
 Chat Masala - 1 tsp
 Oil - for frying

1) In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup besan, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 3 Tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 Tbsp chopped mint, 2-3 chopped green chilis, 2 Tbsp cilantro, and 1/2 tsp baking soda.

2) Next, add in the 2-3 sliced potatoes & 1 sliced onion.

3) Gradually add 1/2 cup water. Mix well to make sure everything is coated and there are no clumps in the batter.

4) In a frying pan, heat up the oil to fry the pakoras.

5) Once the oil is hot, add in a large spoonful of the aloo pakora mix.

6) Fry until the potatoes are cooked through and golden brown, about 5 mins.

7) Set cooked pakoras aside and start warming up the slider buns.

8) Put some butter in the frypan and toast both sides of the bun.

9) Spread SWAD sweet & spicy chutney on one side of bun and SWAD cilantro chutney on the other side. Place the aloo pakora on the bun and sprinkle on some chat masala.
