2

2) Spread softened butter onto two large white bread slices.

3

3) Spread SWAD Bombay Sandwich Chutney on both slices on top of the butter.

4

4) Layer the sliced potato, tomato, and green bell pepper.

5

5) Sprinkle sandwich masala on the layered veggies.

6

6) Add a slice of amul or cheddar cheese (optional).

7

7) Layer the sliced cucumber, onion, and beets.

8

8) Sprinkle sandwich masala on the layered veggies.

9

9) Add another slice of amul or cheddar cheese (optional).

PRO TIP: Mix it up! Add whatever sliced veggies or cheese you like the most.

10

10) Add the 2nd slice of bread on top (chutney side down).

11

11) On a grill press or pan on low heat, add butter followed by the Bombay sandwich.

12

12) Cook for about 8 minutes (until golden brown), flip, and continue cooking for an additional 5-8 minutes. Once both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted, your grilled Bombay sandwich is done!

13

13) Cut the sandwich in half and serve with a side of ketchup, chutney, or whatever sauce you prefer. Enjoy!
